$15 | Thursdays 12:30-1:30p and Fridays 5:30-6:30p

No equipment or props necessary, just loose comfortable clothes. Practice can be done barefoot or with minimal footwear to encourage a connection between your feet and the ground surface. Please arrive early as practice will begin promptly at the time indicated.
